Mission and Scope

Journal of Gambling and Commercial Gaming Research is the official journal of Asia Pacific Association for Gambling Studies (APAGS). This journal serves as an international interdisciplinary forum and reference source for gambling and commercial gaming research. The papers are double-blind peer-reviewed with a focus on the understanding of issues surrounding and research concerning gambling and the gaming industry. The readership of the journal is international in scope and includes gaming researchers and practitioners from both the academia and the industry. All research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editors’ screening and refereeing by two anonymous referees.
