Dr. Keis Ohtsuka

Dr Keis Ohtsuka is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Victoria University, Australia and an Adjunct Research Fellow (honorary appointment) at the China Center for Lottery Studies, Peking University. His research focuses on cultural influences on gambling, youth gambling, and the cultural competency training of gaming workers. Dr Ohtsuka is the Editor-in-Chief of the Asian Journal of Gambling Issues and Public Health and sits in the editorial boards of International Gambling Studies, International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction, and Gambling Research. Keis is a registered psychologist, a member of Australian Psychological Society, International Association of Applied Psychology, and the National Association for Gambling Studies (Australia).
